Sales BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat promptly and professionally.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership and meet with our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities using our CRM system.

Sales BDC Representative Qualifications
