Ron Jaworski's Running Deer Golf Club is looking for a friendly, passionate and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for handling all of the accounting functions at the club and ensuring that they are accurate and timely. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who is detail-oriented, a fast learner, and has great communication skills.

Position Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations
Plan and direct analysis of financial data. Provide assessment of existing financial plans and policies. Recommend changes deemed necessary.
Record or oversee recording of organizations business transactions and retain all accounting records. Post, verify, and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses and payroll. Prepare invoices in order to collect receivables. Keep payables current as cash flow allows.
Help prepare, with input from management, budgets for the organizations on a timely basis. Suggesting changes and adjustments, relying on previous numbers and data to obtain reliable numbers.
Assist RJG Controller with monthly financial reports including statements, balance sheets & cash flow on a timely basis.
Present the organization with the following reports: Daily Revenue Report (DRR), Weekly: expense reports, payroll reports, Capital Expense and cash and payables
Oversee the accurate input of financial information.
Recommend system & cost control in relation to the finances of the companies
Qualifications:
8-15 years of accounting experience in a large company with a fast-paced environment
Experience with SAGE and SAGE Intacct
Detail oriented
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
Ability to learn new procedures and systems quickly and effectively
Possesses the skills needed to successfully solve any vendor related problems and concerns
Demonstrates integrity and dependability
Exhibits professional and respectful image when working with clients and co-workers
