RON FRANCIS WIRING is Hiring an Electrical Assembler Near Chester, PA

Automotive wiring company with over 50 years in business looking for a hard-working, detail focused Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. Our customers are typically Street Rod / Hot Rod / Racing enthusiasts who are rebuilding a car or looking to replace wiring or accessories.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce automotive wiring harnesses and accessories utilizing machine and hand operations
  • Produce mistake free product, test finished product for accuracy
  • Process customer orders quickly, efficiently, and safely.
  • Follow standard safety and operating procedures for equipment
  • Coordinate with other support groups to ensure orders are filled correctly
  • Keep work area clean, neat, and free from safety hazards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Previous electrical wiring experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and be extremely detail oriented
