Job DescriptionWe're seeking a new member to our team for fulfilling a range of in-office and remote tasks. You will be helping the company grow sales, its presence on social media and strengthen the connection with customers. A good knowledge of social media marketing, eCommerce and photography skills paired with self-motivation creative vison are the most useful skills you will need for achieving excellence in this position.

Responsibilities:
- You will manage 2-3 websites retailing durable goods. You will discover and research the marketplace, the product, audience and sales and work on improving performance.
- You will identify marketing opportunities and help develop a advertising assets and strategy.
- You will use photography/video skills and creative vision to create or work with third-party experts to create visual content to be used for advertising and marketing campaigns.
- You will work to optimize brand presence in retail environment.
- You will manage 3-4 social media accounts for which you will develop strategies and manage content.
- You will assist in new product development, launch and marketing.
- You will participate in sales data entry and processing when schedule allows.
- Candidate needs to have great photographic skills and/or understanding. iPhone photography qualifies as a skill and it can be very useful.
- Experience with DSLR or other photo equipment is optional but very beneficial.
- Proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft environment as well as photo and video editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Proficiency in social media content editing platforms like Canva etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of basic eCommerce and website performance metrics like SEO, engagement, "landing page" CTR, etc.
- Experience with eCommerce product page creation (images, copy, etc.), page Listing Setup & updating on Shopify, Wayfair and other marketplaces.
- Data entry (sales or inventory) for POS system or Inventory Management app.
- Ability to work in-office full-time when/if required.
