Rome Health is seeking a full-time receptionist for the newly opened Medical Center This position would provide administrative support for the Medical Center Primary Care offices. The individual will primary responsibility will be answering multiple phone lines and scheduling patient appointments in a very fast-paced environment. They will be checking in /out patients of the primary doctors and NP's practicing in the Medical Center.
The successful candidate must present a professional appearance and maintain strict patient confidentiality and safeguard privileged information. They need to be team players, willing to work hard and be dependable.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
SKILLS NEEDED: Knowledge of software programs such as Excel and Microsoft Word. Basic knowledge of insurance authorization requirements. Must be good at multitasking. Prior Medical Office Experience is a plus, however is not required.
