Romar Management is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician for Apartments in Florence, KY.

Responsibilities:

• Daily inspection of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Prioritizes completing work orders and other required tasks in a timely manner as they are reported from Staff or residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Completes turnover process of vacant units by scheduling vendors and making necessary repairs to make-ready for new resident.
• Thrive in a continuously changing, fast paced learning and working environment.
• Take pride in the standards and services delivered to residents.
• Communicate any health and/or safety concerns immediately to management.
• Receives and respond to emergency maintenance requests during scheduled after-hour on-call shifts to ensure a high-quality resident experience for residents.

Requirements:

• 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, etc.
• Basic computer/phone skills for receiving and completing work orders.
• Available after hours in case of emergency.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background check, drug, and physical screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
