Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide administrative support such as transcribing, proofreading, and order entry
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
- Handle contract orders for the incoming client
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, scanning and photocopying
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to operate phone systems and other office equipment
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your fluency in both English and Mandarin will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
