`Job Description
Position oversees the onsite maintenance responsibilities for a portfolio of properties located throughout the NW. Job includes coordination of landscaping contracts, field mowing contracts, bidding and contractor oversight as well as occasional physical labor when necessary. Experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate. Position includes substantial driving and a work vehicle will be provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Working knowledge of onsite maintenance for any assigned HOA’s
· Soliciting bids and managing the execution of all bids for assigned HOA’s
· Organize and oversee annual maintenance for all assigned HOA’s.
· Coordinating all onsite field services attributable to each assigned association
· Interface with individual HOA members on primary level for all maintenance and field services
· Miscellaneous duties assigned by Field Services Manager
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Ability to learn and master bidding process for all assigned projects
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and work with Field Services Manager to create a plan and execute the plan for repair
· High level organizational skills
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Individual must be able to lift 50 lbs. as necessary
· Individual must show a demonstrated ability to utilize power equipment as necessary
· Individual must be willing to perform manual labor as assigned by Field Services Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
