Rolling Plains Construction is looking to hire a Safety Manager to supervise safety protocols for our local construction projects in the Denver Colorado area. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety and hold OSHA 510/500 certification. Company vehicle will be provided. Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus.
Qualifications
· Prior Safety Experience of at least 5 years
· OSHA 510/500
· Safety Construction Experience
· Strong Knowledge Safety in Construction Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Able to direct the team with clear & concise direction.
· Reliable, self-motivated, professional
· Valid Driver License
Responsibilities
· Supervise Safety Protocols at local projects.
· Team Player
· Demonstrate & Lead with company Core Values
· Provide training and guidance to team members on proper repair techniques and safety protocols.
· Company Vehicle will be provided.
