Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ICOMS Technical Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ICOMS Billing application, including product configurations, equipment provisioning, and billing integration. This role requires close collaboration with business owners and design architecture teams to understand and document requirements, as well as performing in-depth analysis on billing systems and data to devise optimal billing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize extensive knowledge of the ICOMS Billing application for product configurations, equipment provisioning, and billing integration.
• Collaborate with business owners and requestors to understand and document requirements.
• Perform detailed analysis on billing systems, data, and processes to determine the best billing design and solutions.
• Analyze recurring issues and contribute to the development of process and system improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive procedures and guidelines for billing processes.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of billing system code configurations and billing system operations, including campaigns, rates, packages, and taxes.
• Utilize database reporting tools, queries, SQL, macros, and REST APIs effectively.
• Employ tools like Splunk and New Relic for reporting and analysis.
• Think critically and perform data analyses to support decision-making.
• Handle client interactions effectively and professionally.

Required Skills:

• Excellent understanding of all major ICOMS modules such as Telephony Rating, DB maintenance, Sales, Statement Presentation, Order Entry, and Interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate billing systems, data, and processes.
• Familiarity with billing system code configurations and related operations.
• Proficiency in database reporting tools, SQL, macros, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Splunk and New Relic reporting tools.
• Strong critical thinking and data-analysis abilities.
• Effective client handling and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, and results-driven.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AS400.
