We value work-life balance and empowering our employees to have a flexible schedule and to build a caseload that they are passionate about serving. This is the reason part-time therapists are only required to have 15 client contact hours per week & full-time therapists only 30 client contact hours per week (if you’re working toward licensure and want more, we will support you to avoid burnout in this process).
