Overview

As the Robot Welder Machine Operator you will load / unload material into the robot welder and run quality checks on all products being produced.

This posting is for Reflex Fitness. Reflex continues to operate their plant in Davenport, IA as a Rogue Fitness Subsidiary.

Until further notice :

Minimum wage $21 / hr

Additional 10% premium for 2nd Shift and additional 5% premium for 3rd Shift

Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus

Reflex Fitness : Established in 1990 by Mike Adolphson and Craig Askam, Reflex has created its own distinct line-up of durable, precision-crafted strength and conditioning equipment produced for years in the company’s Milan, Illinois factory.

Reflex continues to operate that plant as a Rogue subsidiary, and new and familiar Reflex gear will be regularly available from this link moving forward.

Responsibilities

Ability to produce parts with hand tools or machine to exact specifications

Attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues

Must be able to use a tape measure

Loading / unloading materials

Maintain good housekeeping in work area

Qualifications

Solid foundation in superior safety and quality practices

1-3 years of manufacturing experience

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred

Must be familiar with various hand and power tools
