Rogue Community Health is Hiring a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinician Near Medford, OR

RCH is expanding our SUD program and we have an employment opportunity for SUD Clinician. The SUD Clinician will provide outpatient mental and substance use disorder health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and individual and group counseling. Engages in consultation, education, and resource advocacy to agencies within the community. They will coordinate treatment plans among all areas of the care team to support patient care per industry best practice regulations. This position will provide excellent customer service to all internal and external constituencies and consistently exceed the customer’s expectations. Our ideal candidate will provide care for persons who experience barriers to accessing care due to income, language, cultural, and social barriers.

Enjoy stable hours, competitive pay, and benefits, and up to an $2,500.00-$5,000.00 signing bonus depending on licensureafter six months of continued employment. Bonus amount is prorated based on FTE.

EDUCATION: Graduate degree in social work or related field. Master’s level required.

Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.
