Position Summary |
Primary accessibility technology expert for campus with responsibility for the support, technical direction, assessment, and implementation of new and existing technologies at RCC. This position will work to ensure college technologies are in compliance with State and Federal accessibility requirements, as well as the institution’s commitment to access and equity. Performs administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and provides instructional design support for faculty involved in web-based course development. Manages user data and user accounts in a variety of college systems with elevated admin privileges. Researches, integrates, tests, and implements third-party LMS applications. Assists and provides support for faculty in design, development, and delivery of various media elements for web-based courses. Coordinates LMS training and course development, as well as day-to-day operations of the LMS help desk for students. |
