Key Responsibilities

• All aspects of a project (safety, quality, schedule, budget, material procurement)
• Maintaining good relationships with trade partners, client, and design team
• Developing RO employees
• Creating an effective project plan, communicating the plan, and developing course correction strategies when deviations occur
• Supporting winning project pursuits

Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years in the commercial construction industry
• General knowledge of all business systems
• Well versed in budget management
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
