Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to perform a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks for residential and commercial properties in the Oologah area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Carpentry: Repair and installation of doors, windows, cabinets, trim, decks, fences, etc.
• Plumbing: Fixing leaks, clogs, replacing fixtures, basic drain cleaning.
• Electrical: Troubleshooting and repair of outlets, switches, light fixtures (within limits of local code, complex electrical work may require a licensed electrician).
• Drywall: Patching, hanging, and finishing drywall.
• Painting: Interior and exterior painting and preparation.
• Flooring: Installation and repair of tile, laminate, etc.
• Appliance installation: Dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.
• Other general repairs and maintenance: Gutter cleaning, furniture assembly, power washing, and various homeowner requests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in handyman services or related construction trades.
• Proficiency in a variety of repair and installation techniques.
• Own a basic set of tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, or by project, based on experience and qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
