Rogers Gutters and Exteriors, LLC is Hiring an Office Manager Near Warner Robins, GA

Come join Rogers Gutters and Exteriors, LLC fast growing company! We are a family-owned company servicing Middle Georgia for over 10 years. Our office manager is the first contact industry professional our customers and clients have with our company. You will be responsible for all levels of customer service, including greeting customers, speaking with customers, clients and industry professional face to face and over the phone, following up with our customers and clients on their satisfaction. As an office manager you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist colleagues by supporting them with typing and communication with customers and contractors. Must be detail oriented, great multitasker, organized and team player. Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required, please do not apply if not proficient.

Responsibilities

  • Proficent in Quickbooks Online.
  • Answer high volume phone calls and emails from customers and contractors.
  • Work one on one with Sales Team, assiting with their day to day duties when needed.
  • Type high volume of Proposals, Contracts and Invoices daily and with efficiency.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, vendors and external partners.
  • Keep organize signed contracts and Sales Calendar
  • File daily paperwork
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate order.
  • Communicate with contractors.
  • Document expenses.
  • Assist customers in Financing.
  • Taking Payments and Processing Bank Deposits
  • Weekly Timesheets for 30 employees
  • Work with daily truck tracking system.

Skills

  • Team player
  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
