SUMMARY

Responsible for placing and following up on internet orders as well as picking & packing orders for shipment. This is an opportunity to be a part of a new and growing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process, organize and place internet orders

- Process and place internet orders with the fulfillment department and vendors

- Maintain accurate and detailed records to track all internet orders

- Follow up on internet orders (this includes following up with both vendors and stores)

- Ship internet orders in a timely manner

- Process internet returns

- Maintain and organize website physical inventory

- Create purchase orders

- Assist Web Fulfillment Manager and Ecommerce Manager with miscellaneous tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

- Detail oriented

- Strong organizational skills

- Guest-first mentality

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel

OTHER SKILLS

Flexibility and adaptability to ever-changing issues is key to this position along with interpersonal skills
