Responsible for placing and following up on internet orders daily as well as picking & packing of orders for shipment. This is an opportunity to be a part of a new team and learn in a growing part of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process, organize and place internet orders
• Process and place internet orders with the fulfillment department and vendors
• Maintain accurate and detailed records to track all internet orders
• Follow up on internet orders (this includes following up with both vendors and stores)
• Ship internet orders in a timely manner
• Process internet returns
• Maintain and organize website physical inventory
• Create purchase orders
• Assist Web Fulfillment Manager and Ecommerce Manager with miscellaneous tasks

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to communicate easily
• Ability to be proactive

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel

Flexibility and adaptability to ever-changing issues is key to this position along with interpersonal skills

Position requires multi-tasking and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment. This position requires a sense of urgency.

This position requires 30 hours a week in office. Overtime into evening and weekend hours (some remote) is required during the busy holiday seasons.
