SUMMARY

Responsible for managing all aspects of repairs and returns for corporate merchandise. This is an opportunity to help improve the processes in the defective merchandise that arrives in the Quality Control Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write up defective merchandise on repair tickets
• Contact vendors to advise on return authorization numbers and ship accordingly
• Respond to any and all emails regarding repair quotes in a timely manner
• Check in merchandise when it arrives back at the Corporate Office

QUALIFICATIONS

• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to communicate easily
• Ability to be proactive

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Oracle ERP preferred
