Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, writing, and litigation, with the ability to negotiate effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and gain valuable experience in a dynamic law firm environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Assist in case preparation and management
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
- Attend court hearings and trials as needed
- Provide general support to senior attorneys
