Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, writing, and litigation, with the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Assist in case preparation and management
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
- Attend court hearings and trials as needed
- Provide general support to senior attorneys

Skills:

- Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks
- Strong research abilities to support case strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
- Experience with litigation procedures and courtroom etiquette
- Familiarity with negotiation techniques
