Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist in managing daily operations, including overseeing staff and ensuring efficient workflow - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals - Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards - Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs - Train and mentor staff members to deliver high-quality service - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in planning and executing special events or banquets Qualifications: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of food production, food safety, and food service management - Proficient in using Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Bartending or cooking experience is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
