Roessel Joy has partnered with a well-established mid-size firm in Boston that is looking to add a Legal Assistant to support its Trust & Estates practice. The ideal candidate has experience with Trust and Estates work and a keen eye for Financial Statements. 

• Prepare probate documents and filing packages.
• Prepare draft estate plans. 
• Prepare bills for clients and assist with attorney time entry as needed.
• File management and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Three years' experience with Trust and Estates in an assistant capacity.
• Keen eye for detail and well organized.
• Willing to come into the office 4 days a week.
