Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Conduct cost accounting and gross margin analysis.
• Oversee comprehensive cash management and forecasting.
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Support customer collections.
• Ensure compliance with local and state tax regulations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Conduct acquisition due diligence.
• Improve ERP system design.
• Document and enforce systems and policies.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting.
• Manufacturing/cost accounting experience is required.
• 5-10 years in financial reporting/general ledger, preferably in manufacturing (cost accounting).
• 3-7 years of management experience.
• Advanced Excel
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite; SAGE (ERP) experience desirable.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
