This part-time position (30-32 hours per week) would ensure the Moorhead Center Mall is maintained at a high level of cleanliness and safety. Hours would be Mon-Fri with the hours falling between early morning to early afternoon and every other Saturday. The wage is $16.50/hr
Duties include:
- Locking/securing building
- Asking guests to leave if they are disruptive; contacting law enforcement if necessary
- Sweeping/mopping
- Cleaning common areas
- Cleaning rest rooms
- Remove trash
- Change light bulbs with ladder
- Shovel/blow snow away from entrances, sidewalks, etc.
- Use of floor scrubbers
- Some light maintenance work
- Other duties as assigned
Candidates must be 18 years of age, physically able to do the required tasks, have professional appearance, be reliable and have the ability to work with little supervision. Upon offer, candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
