YOUR ROLE IN SHAPING LANDSCAPES WITH RWNL:

  • Assisting in the construction and installation of various landscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, and outdoor structures.
  • Operating and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools, including but not limited to shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, compactors, and power saws.
  • Preparing sites for landscaping activities by digging, grading, and leveling the ground as needed.
  • Operate a variety of heavy machinery and vehicles used for landscaping construction and hardscape installation projects, including but not limited to: Excavators, Bobcats, Skid-steer loaders, Dump trucks, Sod installers
  • Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to landscape designs and specifications.
  • Installing irrigation systems, drainage systems, and lighting fixtures as required for landscape projects.
  • Spreading mulch, gravel, and other materials to enhance the appearance and functionality of landscapes.
  • Assisting with hardscape construction tasks such as laying pavers, bricks, or stones for pathways and patios.
  • Ensuring that all work is completed according to safety standards and company guidelines.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members, including landscapers, supervisors, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas to ensure they are safe and organized.
  • Adapting to changing project needs and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
