PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Rodeo Quincy, a western lifestyle clothing brand, is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Operations Manager position. This individual must be absolutely passionate about implementing strategies geared towards company growth. The Operations Manager will report directly to the owner of the company and will lead office administration and business operations in order to ensure a productive, and collaborative working environment. This individual will have 4 direct reports.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

o Manage day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.

o Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive productivity and performance by creating Standard Operating Procedures.

o Work closely with the team to ensure performance expectations are met.

o Lead weekly team meetings.

o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement. 

o Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies. 

o Responsible for budget creation and implementation.

o Identifying product breakeven.

o Perform administrative functions and oversee project execution.

o Enhance the company’s operating capabilities and growth. 

o Work with the owner to set and drive the organizational vision and mission of the company. 

o Requires 5% overnight travel.

o Contribute to wholesale growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

o Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year, accredited college or university, preferably in a related field. 

o 5 years of supervisory experience

o Proficient use of PC including excel, word, email

o Valid driver’s license

o High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust.

COMPENSATION:

o $75,000 - $90,000 per year

o 2 weeks paid vacation annually
