Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through warm calling and follow-up communication
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
- Utilize software, such as NetSuite, to track customer interactions and update sales records
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in outbound calling or inside sales
- Ability to make lasting relationships
- Automotive parts sales knowledge is preferred
- Excellent business development skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using software applications for sales purposes
