ROCKWOOL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, based on-site at our Chicago, IL location, to join the North America Talent Acquisition team.

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and report directly to the Director of T.A. for North America. Our team takes pride in our friendly, supportive and hardworking culture. What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to understand their needs and provide full life-cycle recruitment support.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates, ensuring they meet the requirements for the role and align with our culture and values.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks related to the hiring process and T.A. programs.
  • Assist with metric tracking, coordination of job fairs & campus recruitment, interview scheduling, and sourcing via online and social media tools.
  • Own the background check process and ensure successful completion of pre-hire requirements for North America.
  • Process candidate expense reimbursements.
  • Support mobility programs and manage invoice processing.

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong administrative expertise
  • Creative problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with Advanced skills in Excel required.
  • Workday or other Applicant Tracking experience preferred.
