Rockwell Oral and Facial Surgery is Hiring a Dental assistant Near Atlanta, GA

New modern and small family-owned private practice in Atlanta is seeking a dental assistant. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate that is eager to learn.

We are seeking a person that has a very calm demeanor that loves to learn. This is not a regular 9-5 situation and we want someone who very comfortable with helping people and caring for our patients.

If you have a healthy love for working with people, learning and you are not afraid to laugh and smile you could be the perfect candidate for this long term position.

New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply as we are willing to teach the ideal candidate!

Office Hours :

Monday-Thursday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm with a 30 minute lunch Friday 7 : 30am-1 : 30pm Saturday 7 : 30am-1 : 30pm(Once Per Month)

You will be assisting mostly with patient care / charting and instrumentation

There is a small amount of marketing and assisting with Botox and FIller patients as well

New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Must be an engaged individual that is a quick-learner and highly reliable.

BLS / CPR Certified. Must be prompt, polite and articulate.

Willingness to learn on the job and grow with the practice.

Encouraged items :

Ambition and interest in growth. Interest or previous experience in all dental specialties, botox and fillers.

Familiar with Open Dental, Dentrix or Eagle Soft.

Proficient with Microsoft Office. Comfortable speaking directly with patients and other providers.

Familiarity with X-ray / CT Scan device usage in office. Capable of Multi-tasking. Second language with English proficiency(Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, Chinese, Japanese.

this would be a huge plus.

The hired individual will be able to assist and also help with basic office duties(answering phones, scheduling patients).
