Award-winning architecture and multi-disciplinary design firm seeks a full time Administrative Assistant and Studio Coordinator with Accounting Experience for a fast paced creative environment. Superb communication and organizational skills required. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, discreet, attentive to details, has a sense of humor, energy and flexibility. Responsibilities include scheduling, project tracking, and acting as liaison to company staff and clients. Requirements are a Bachelors degree and two years plus work experience (accounting experience is preferred), interest in architecture and design a plus.
