Additionally, staff must be willing to lead and/or participate in Bible study, prayer, devotions, chapel and sharing the Gospel.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Case manages assigned residents by providing a comprehensive assessment that addresses the resident’s physical, emotional, and spiritual health, support systems, educational needs, and financial resources.
Develop trusting relationships with residents to help them achieve set goals.
Actively participate in the character growth and development of residents.
Offer advocacy and referral services.
Provide assistance, encouragement, motivation, and spiritual direction.
Monitor safety and security of residents, visitors, and volunteers.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Walking, standing, and interacting with residents and staff throughout the department and facility. Indoor office environment which requires sitting at a desk. Computer work involved. May involve some lifting and moving of equipment, boxes, etc. Occasional transporting of residents to appointments, off-site retreats and resident events.
Must be able to acquire a J03 license within 90 days of employment.
