Rockford Career College is seeking to hire a full-time Admissions Advisor (Recruiter) to join our team at Rockford Career College (RCC). This position will be based at the campus in Rockford, IL. RCC is the oldest career training college in Illinois and the 7th oldest in the United States and we offer nearly 30 career vocational programs.

Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of sales / recruiting experience. Candidates with experience in for-profit college admissions are desired. Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, ability to problem solve and prioritize responsibilities. Strong written, and active listening skills also needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The job duties of the Admissions Advisor will include, but not be limited to:

• Enroll qualified applicants
• Meet prescribed conversion rates and start goals
• Complete required quota of outbound calls daily
• Schedule required quota of appointments daily
• Conduct admissions interviews
• Conduct scheduled follow-up procedures with enrolled and non-enrolled prospects
• Generate required quota of personally developed referrals
• Adhere strictly to accrediting agency and U.S. Department of Education guidelines
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Admissions manual and established by the campus and/or company
• Participate in all orientations
• Attend all admissions meetings
• Maintain clean and professional work area and dress professionally as outlined in Employee manual
• Other duties as assigned
• Associates degree required or the equivalent of college-level course work.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
