Our Position

The Route Planner supports the deployment of ongoing system updates/upgrades, communication, and training to all end-users and ensures route optimization is continuously evaluated and maintained daily.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible to generate Route Optimization each month for all Branches/routes; continuously evaluate VRM and Route Op to optimize route density and increase production.
• Handling customer inquiries and service requests promptly, coordinating with technicians to schedule appointments as needed.
• Ensuring that each technician's schedule is optimized for maximum productivity and timely service delivery.
• Balancing workloads to avoid overloading technicians and ensuring even distribution of tasks.
• Coordinating with customers to schedule pest control services based on their availability and the company's operational capacity.
• Planning and optimizing efficient routes for pest control technicians to minimize travel time and fuel costs.
• Considering factors such as geographic location, service type, and time constraints when planning routes.
• Maintaining detailed records of service schedules, route plans, and customer interactions.
• Generating reports on route efficiency, service completion, and other relevant metrics.
• Responsible for reporting and troubleshooting day to day issues within PestPac and coordinating resolution with end users. Reporting and justifying any recommended modifications.
• Maintaining detailed records of service schedules, route plans, and customer interactions.
• Responsible for ongoing quality control process (daily, monthly) to maintain the integrity of system of data input. Utilizing Report Gallery to identify errors and make corrections as necessary.
• Implementing best practices when determined to be to the betterment of the organization as a whole; ability to question if not in best interest.
• Identifying areas for improvement in route planning and customer interactions and provide feedback to management for ongoing enhancements.

Our Requirements

• High School or equivalent.
• 2 years of administration, scheduling, or routing experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with PestPac and/or other CRM-related software.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to calculate basic math.
• Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.
