Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Facilities Coordinator to maintain an optimal working environment in our electronic manufacturing facility. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance, equipment upkeep, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a background in facility management.

Responsibilities:

· Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules.

· Respond to urgent maintenance calls and address issues promptly.

· Prepare emergency action plans, including building evacuation procedures.

· Test and maintain building security systems to promote a safe work environment.

· Coordinate equipment and supply needs, including electronics assembly equipment, telecommunications, and office supplies.

· Liaise with vendors and suppliers on behalf of senior management.

· Report regularly to the Facilities Manager on maintenance activities and budget spending.

· Supervise cleaning crews and maintenance workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

· Document processes and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements:

· Associate’s Degree in project management, facilities management, or a related field Preferred

· Completed course in facilities management preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility coordination, project management, or real estate.

· Extensive knowledge of building and equipment maintenance practices.

· Ability to respond effectively to building and equipment emergencies.

· Familiarity with building safety regulations and security protocols.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
