POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Associate, reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Leasing, is a member of the Cleveland Operations team who supports tactical day today operations of the team and office environment, often working in collaboration with other teams on projects related to internal and external initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS
Assists with the management of daily office operational activities, fielding incoming requests and helping to prioritize tasks for the team
Manages the overall guest experience in Bedrock’s Cleveland offices, including greeting and assisting visitors when they arrive at the office
Collaborates with various internal and external groups to understand business requirements and support the implementation of processes and procedures for the team
Oversees coordination and logistics of team member engagement events and supports activation teams with preparation, day-of, and after-care of events
Assists with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues
Assists with vendor relationship management, including reviewing and entering purchase agreements, vendor proposals, and invoices for payment
Maintains documentation, team databases, and reports as needed and provides support with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
Oversees inventory and stock management for snacks/office supplies
Ensures on-time fulfillment and shipment of all orders pertaining to office management
Supports with onboarding new team members
All other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED, or Vocational degree (required)
Associate or bachelor’s degree and/or prior technical experience (preferred)
Approximately 3-5 years of general work experience in an office environment
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to problem-solve and to conduct research for special projects, respond timely to inquiries, and present written/oral briefings
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals or teams from all areas and levels of the organization
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills
Occasional travel required
