Reporting to the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Corporate Secretary, the Executive Coordinator has wide-ranging responsibilities, serving as a key contact and liaison between the Corporate Secretary and members of the Board of Trustees, assisting the President and EVP in their tasks of managing and coordinating the administration of the University, and carrying out specific tasks and projects as assigned by the EVP.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree, including a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience, is required. Advanced degree and prior experience in an academic or research institution is strongly preferred. Must be proficient in computer platforms, including MS Office Suite. Demonstrably excellent writing skills required and advanced skills in preparation of audiovisual (e.g., PowerPoint) presentations is strongly preferred, as is any experience in speechwriting. Strong technical proficiency and quantitative skills are required. Must have the highest level of discretion to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy are essential. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and work independently with a keen eye for customer service, as well as being a collegial and effective member of a working team. Initiative and self-motivation are critical. This position requires working on-site a minimum of 4 days per week.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on various factors, including but not limited to organizational budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The hiring range provided represents The Rockefeller University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. New hires are typically hired into the lower portion of the range, enabling employee growth in the range over time.
