PositionAn Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will work with our Rockefeller Global Family Office Team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.
Responsibilities• Assisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings
• Communicating with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
• Tracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team
• Ongoing coordination with clients’ CPAs and attorneys regarding balance sheet management
• Working closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio matters
• Executing the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities
• 3-6 years of relevant experience, working within an RIA in a client service or operational capacity is preferred
• Bachelors degree, with a business/finance focus preferred
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and productive attitude
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, and technical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and recognition of critical issues
