Rockbox Fitness, coming soon to Tyler, TX, is a gym like you have never seen before. You will box, kickbox, lift weights, and drop the pounds all in a high energy-filled studio. We need a Rockstar Head Trainer to drive our membership and lead our Rockbox family to their fitness goals.
This role requires superior leadership, fitness expertise, and an unwavering commitment to customer service. The Head Trainer is a key figure in shaping our studio culture and influencing member satisfaction and retention. They should not only teach exceptional classes but also inspire and guide others to do the same.
The ideal candidate for this role is an energetic, proactive leader with a deep passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Trainer Management: Handle trainer staffing requirements including hiring, resolving issues, and assisting in dismissal processes when needed.
● Trainer Development: Provide comprehensive training and development for all trainers, conduct class audits, and coach new trainers.
● Class Instruction & Scheduling: Teach 10-14 high-energy classes per week, create and manage class schedules, and step in for no-show/open shifts. Ensure all classes are engaging, inclusive, and fun.
