The Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in bringing our events to life and ensuring seamless execution, while collaborating closely with our Production and Sales teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and coordination of all production elements for events, including labor staffing & new hire schedules.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all production deadlines are met
• Maintain comprehensive records of internal event details and technical. requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency between vendors, clients and our internal teams.
• Source and manage cross rentals and other necessary production items, working closely with Project Managers and Event Sales Coordinators.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to execute events flawlessly, from planning to on-site management.
• Conduct thorough post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction, striving for continuous improvement with the on-site teams.
• Support the Vice President of Production with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects.
• Assist with on-site event production and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event production, technical planning or or related field, minimum of 1 year preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and event management software, with a keen eye for technology-driven solutions (working knowledge of Audio Visual equipment a huge plus)
• Physical and mental agility, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the flexibility to travel locally as needed.
• A positive attitude, ambition, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build meaningful relationships.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
