Rock Springs is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Georgetown TX. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Rock Springs we are dedicated to Changing People’s Lives®

Rock Springs is looking for a Receptionist to join our Assessment department! This full-time position has a set schedule of 8AM to 8PM, Thursday, Friday & Sunday (with every other Saturday). Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, Insurance Benefits and more!

The Assessment department plays an essential role in helping fulfill our mission of “Changing People’s Lives®”. Assessment team members assess the needs of walk-in and phone callers and completes initial psychiatric assessment on patients seeking treatment. As an Assessment Specialist, you will provide a comprehensive assessment and quality therapeutic care to patients seeking treatment of substance abuse, dual diagnosis or psychiatric or emotional disorders. Position Details

• Demonstrate excellent customer service when greeting guest and receiving calls
• Perform a wide variety of clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, message taking
• Following of information through the hospital while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Intake departments in the patient assessment and admission process.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High School diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience
• Valid Driver’s License preferred

Experience:

• Previous Clerical and customer service experience preferred
