$80/Hour Overtime after 40 Hours

$500 – after completing the assignment.

· No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission

· Minimum 24 months of current PCU experience - REQUIRED

· Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED

· No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED

· Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

· FLU vaccination - REQUIRED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**

· Travel experience - Preferred
