Neurosurgery RN
Shift: Rotating shifts - must agree to rotate days/nights (schedule set ahead of time)
Care provided on unit: Neurosurgery is a dynamic fast paced unit that utilizes team work and collegial interdisciplinary relationships to serve our patients. Patient population is comprehensive in neuroscience and include but is not limited to surgery, strokes, seizures, neuromuscular disorder, and head/back/neck trauma and elective surgeries. Unit is committed to empowering and supporting staff with education and resources to best ensure growth while in the inpatient setting.
Seeking team oriented experienced nurses, who are energetic, compassionate, hardworking, dedicated, and eager to learn. Must have 2 years med/surg experience, Neuro experience preferred.
Unit has 34 beds, 6 progressive care beds, and 9 additional Telemetry beds
36 hours per week
Shift: Rotating day/night shifts - 3x12
Weekends: Every other weekend
Holidays: per unit requirement
On call: None
Nurse to patient ratio: 1:5; 1:6 possible
Possible reassignments within competency
Dress code: Ceil blue/white (any combination)

Pay: $2,247.00 per week
