As a Collection Analyst for our Revenue Cycle department, you will be responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments on overdue accounts, specific tasks to assist in the process of identifying, collecting, and managing revenue from payers based on the services provided.

You will play a valuable role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processes in the revenue cycle management are adhered to. Responsibilities :

• Review account data for accuracy
• Identify & resolve outstanding billing issues
• Investigate historical data for debts and invoicing
• Process payments and refunds
• Contacts clients for overdue billing matters via phone, email, text, voicemail and mail
• Negotiates & establish partial payments and payment plans when possible
• Update accounts based on their status
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress

Requirements

• Must be bilingual Spanish
• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of billing procedures, collection laws and regulations preferred
• Some experience using various collection techniques preferred
• Comfortable working with targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• High school diploma or GED
• This is not a remote position and requires in office participation
