The Opportunity:
As part of Training & Development's Commercial Training Team, you will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate on prioritized strategic RDC initiatives. The Commercial Training Team is a high-performing, centralized function serving as Adult Learning Experts alongside our Sales, Support, and Customer Training Teams.
We drive organizational success by partnering with key stakeholders to identify and address performance gaps that will enhance the competencies of individuals and teams.
In this role, you will leverage and consult on instructional design principles, best practices, and sustainable processes focused on providing the right learning, at the right time, to the right audience. You will also be responsible for facilitating various training programs to enhance knowledge, skill, and abilities of our learners.
Conduct performance and training needs analysis, design and deliver engaging learner experiences, and evaluate effectiveness of programs associated with Commercial Trainer responsibilities
Collaboration: Serve as Adult Learning Expert and provide expertise and consultation when partnering with cross-functional teams. Assist with the standardization and centralization of best practice principles of curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation
Coaching: Force multiply our collective T&D skill set by providing coaching and feedback to colleagues as appropriate.
Work collaboratively with Training & Development leaders, key stakeholders, and global colleagues to ensure alignment and leverage resources as appropriate.
Keep current on training and development research, adult learning theory, methods, and techniques. Provides guidance and direction regarding best practices to colleagues.
Build internal and external relationships to facilitate optimal business partnerships, aid in knowledge sharing and communication flow, and maintain execution of assigned projects/plans.
Who You Are:
5 years of experience in training
10 years of professional experience in related technical, training, sales, or marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including large and small group facilitation
Demonstrated success in designing and evaluating multimodal training pathways
Demonstrated Stakeholder Management across various levels and multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and champion change
Proficient in ADDIE (or comparable methodology) and ability to communicate adult learning principles to colleagues and stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills, at ease with ambiguity, and ability to deal with complexity

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is $103,000 - $191,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
