Rocc Solid Construction is Hiring a Rocc Solid Construction Sales Representative Near Des Moines, IA

Rocc Solid Construction is a local restoration company. The company is looking for experienced Sales Representatives that want to advance in the restoration industry. The company works with customers that have been impacted by major weather storms, such as hail and wind. Our services will ensure that the customers property is repaired correctly and timely. We specialize in roof, gutter system, siding, windows, fence, paint, etc. As a Sales Representative you must represent the company with respect and a high level of integrity, ensuring the customer understands our home improvement business/service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Duties:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including door knocking, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.

Pay: $67,929.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
