As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will need to be friendly and professional as they are the initial face of our clinic. They need to be able to multi-task, good with details and be able to focus. Have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent service to our new and existing patients
- Provide information to callers and visitors about ROC Physical Therapy and our services
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with verifying and communicating health insurance benefits to patients.

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience with physical therapy receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
