DUTIES:
Respond to all caregiver call-ins and fill the shift accordingly
Transport clients to and from various appointments and engagements as required by Administrator, policy & contract
Conduct Client Assessments and complete assessment document as required by Administrator
Add all appointments, meetings, and engagements (request off days) to yahoo calendar
Complete an end of shift email report daily and send to Administrator
Create and post staff schedule on Home Base PRN
Call clients 1x monthly for updates/changes, medical appointments etc…
Conduct quarterly staff meetings (in-person or zoom)
Conduct quarterly staff trainings (in-person or zoom)
Cleaning and keeping office sanitized/organized
Making sure staff have gloves and PPE tools/equipment
Create and send end of month update to each client’s Case Manager
Conduct interviews, new hire orientation & onboarding
Sorting and sending mail, creating documents, charts & graphs as needed
Writing memoranda, reports, letters, creating binders and other items
Maintaining client and staff files and other administrative support tasks as assigned by the Administrator
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessary
Carrying out basic bookkeeping
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Visiting clients and observing staff on shift to assure In-home supportive care services are being provided
Assisting and supporting Administration with MARKETING for staff and clients
Perform and carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by the administrator
