Qualifications:

• Must hold an active P&C License (preferably in the state of TN but not required)
• 2 years of P&C experience in Commercial/Professional Lines (not Personal Line nor claims/adjusting)
• Proficiency in various software programs, including Vertafore products

This administrative position reports to Operations Manager, Dee Rosado. Dee has 20 years of experience in the operational and management fields. In our office she is responsible for HR, Marketing, Technology, Event Planning, Licensing, Culture, and more. She prides herself on not micro-managing but staying in touch with her employees through open communication, availability in-office 4 days a week, monthly 1:1's, and involves herself in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines project management.
