GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH
The Call Center Specialist works as part of the front office team performing those duties necessary to prepare our patients for a clinic visit. The Call Center Specialist primary duties will include answering/directing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, forwarding messages to clinical staff, sending requested information/documents to physician offices.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be fluent to in English language, oral and written.
2. Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
3. Two years of experience working with an EMR system (EPIC) is preferred.
4. Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
5. Must have adequate work transportation that may require work rotation to other RHCC facilities.
